Dr. Donna Kelsch

I am committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate counseling for individuals seeking meaningful and lasting change. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, and I strive to make the process as comfortable and welcoming as possible. From your first visit, you will be welcomed into a calm, professional environment designed to help you feel at ease and supported.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of successful counseling. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can openly explore life's challenges, gain greater self-awareness, and develop practical strategies that foster resilience, personal growth, and emotional well-being.

Every client brings a unique story and set of strengths. Together, we will identify the obstacles that may be preventing you from living the life you want and build on your existing strengths to create meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to equip you with the insight, skills, and confidence needed to navigate life's challenges long after our work together has ended.

With decades of experience in private practice, as well as serving as a school counselor, school psychologist, and professor of counselor education, I bring extensive clinical knowledge and a broad perspective to my work. These diverse professional experiences have strengthened my ability to understand the unique needs of each client and provide individualized, evidence-based care. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, or personal growth, I am dedicated to helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.

"When 'I' is replaced by 'We', even 'Illness' becomes 'Wellness'."
