Devon Fiore

Devon is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor (K-12) with over 15 years of experience supporting children and adolescents in both elementary and secondary school settings. Her counseling style is solution-focused, helping build practical skills to navigate challenges, problem-solve, achieve goals, and make meaningful progress. She values a collaborative approach with the client to create a space for growth.

Devon supports children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, episodes of panic, academic and extracurricular stress, emotional regulation difficulties, behavior challenges, and social skill concerns. She has extensive experience with Section 504 plans and Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) programming in schools. She incorporates mindfulness techniques to support emotional regulation, manage stress and anxiety, increase focus, and build resilience.

Devon uses a variety of hands-on counseling tools including sensory and fidget tools, drawing, journaling, worksheets, games, and books. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Devon has a calm, warm, and approachable style towards children and families while providing practical strategies they can use at home, school, and extracurricular activities.

Devon earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. Devon sees clients both in person at the Irwin Office and virtually. She is excited to be part of Tri Therapy.
