Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor in Pittsburgh/Greensburg PA & Surrounding Areas
Dr. Donna Kelsch
Dr. Donna Kelsch is excited to bring Tri Therapy to Pennsylvania. As a native of the tri-state area and having been raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, her heart yearned to return home to serve her beloved hometown. She obtained her master's at Duquesne University and her doctoral degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
In PA and all the states where she resided, she had always worked in private practices, despite the school system being her primary career. After leaving PA, she moved to Colorado and worked as a school psychologist and counselor in elementary and middle schools. The University of Colorado recruited her to be the primary assistant professor for the school counseling program. Her responsibilities included directing internships and creating new coursework for school counselors that would enable them to gain a deeper understanding of working in the community. Her eldest son was born in Colorado, and in 2004, she adopted two children from Russia. Shortly after their adoption, the family moved to Scottsdale, AZ, where she worked as the director of special education in a charter school and later as a school psychologist in Mesa, AZ, working with the most troubled youth in alternative schools. It was here that Tri Therapy was born. When the time in sunny Arizona came to a close, the family relocated to beautiful but colder Bozeman, Montana. In Bozeman, she decided that working in private practice allowed her the flexibility she desired with her children, since her husband worked most days in Billings, MT, a 2.5-hour commute from Bozeman.
Tri Therapy MT has flourished, allowing Tri Therapy PA to be established finally in December of 2025.
